Blackbird
When I click options on any insteon motion sensor i get a "System busy" (thats shaded out) popup. Then it goes away then comes back. Each time last about 10 seconds then i get a "Request Failed" error. When I close that, the options appear. Link to comment
larryllix
The MS needs to be in Linking mode or ISY will try and retry many times to write to a device that cannot accept any data....thus...BUSY (That would be the Insteon comm channel via PLM) Link to comment
MrBill
@Blackbird you have unwritten device setup instructions pending from the ISY. Note the "1101" icon to the left of the node name in the device indicting this. The solution as mentioned in @larryllix's cryptic post is to put the device in linking mode and then right clicking the device and choosing "write updates to device". After the instructions are written to the device the "1011" icon will go away. This applies primarily to battery devices (however in unusual circumstances it's possible to see 1011 on any node). I dont have the 1101. Everything on the left is normal 1 Link to comment

larryllix
Me thinks you should open a ticket with UDI. That UUID:0 bothers me as deeper trouble than we bargained on. Check your ISY About to see it's UUID and versions. Link to comment
MrBill
If you haven't tried rebooting the ISY try that, but otherwise I agree with open a ticket. Link to comment
Blackbird
I have rebooted. I will open a ticket Link to comment
Blackbird
After restoring the device, I did a "Write update to device" then it worked. 1 Link to comment
