vbPhil Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 I'm confused about the connector setting for the iTach node in AC. It supposedly is telling the node server what IR emitter to output the signal on., 1, 2 or 3. But, I thought the command string was setting what port to use. sendir,1:3,1,36873,3,67,343,167,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,20,22,61,22,20,22,20,22,20,22,61,22,20,22,20,22,61,22,20,22,61,22,61,22,61,22,20,22,61,22,1473,343,83,22,3551 The sendir,1:3 header in the command is telling iTach to use module 1 and port 3. the iTach doco states: Quote IR codes follow the following format: sendir,<module>,<connector>,... The example IR code below has a <module> of 2 and a <connector> of 1. The module and connector fields have been underlined respectively: sendir,2:1,1,38000,10,1,500,500

Same with repeat value. Why: The control tower database has "1" in for all codes. So this allows the user to copy the entire codeset and not have to manually change the connector value. 1
