EISY - blank page when trying to access local IP

Just got the EISY setup and plugged in - I used the mobile app to find it and attach it to the portal.  I see in the app that the local access is via http://eisy.local:8080 but when I try and connect, I just get a blank page.  Is there some trick to connecting to the device once its setup in the portal for things like changing the IP address and setting up node servers?

I have similar experience.  If I do :8080/desc I get the description if I do :8080/admin I get the normal page with the UDI logo.  It doesn't go the web home.  Wondering if all these are related as I can't get it to broadcast itself either and PG3 can't access it at localhost, 127.0.0.1, eisy.local or even its own IP address. There has to be some networking issue with the eisy.  Polisy works fine.

Must use ISY Finder from a PC.  http://eisy.local:8080 is the base URL for IoX services, there is no page associated with this address.

/admin is deprecated please use ISY finder on PC

Wasn’t trying to use admin.  The web ui is still there right?  You used to get to it at ip:8080.  Now it is blank.  Is the web interface to ISY not available anymore.  I was having trouble with the eisy auto setup with portal.  It would go to authorize the portal and fail every time. It uses the iP:8080 interface and I was trying to see what was there and noticed web interface was gone
