dbwarner5 Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 In my IoX log, there is this series of events every time I turn on or off several scenes that include all of these Insteon dimmers. The scenes still work. I have a ticket open with Michel, however with all the transition to 5.5 and eisy introduction issues, I am looking to see if anyone else can help, so as to take something off of Michel and the team's plate. Am running 5.4.5 with Zooz 700 dongle. Have NOT update to 5.5 yet. -Everything was good for 2 -3 days -Then nothing worked, AC would not connect to any device, PLM said "not connected" -I assumed PLM went bad and installed a new one through Restore PLM methodology -Had trouble connecting all day. Would get stuck on subscription services, or not connect at all. Sometimes UD mobile would connect other times it would not. Same with portal web access. Same error on all platforms. Unplugged Polisy ~5x over the next 24-48 hours to get everything working. -However through SSH, I could see that IoX was running and node servers were up etc, just couldn't connect. -All was good for about 4 days, then one day all my Zwave devices stopped working. AC said zwave dongle not working. -Unplugged polisy again and upon reboot all was fine. -Then I found those lines in the IoX log. I dont know how long they were there. Nor do I know if the original PLM actually was bad or not. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks!
dbwarner5 Posted December 30, 2022 Author Posted December 30, 2022 (edited) Update. IoX just crashed. Cant access it. PG3 is still running however. will be unplugging again. Actually sent sudo service isy start via SSH and it restarted. error log attached.
