Having trouble setting up Z Wave Pus aeotec temp & Humidity sensor

Model is ZWA039 ( I think it supports S2 security, is this an issue?)

My isy returns the following for Z Wave version: Static controller and Z wave version 6.82.01. I believe this shows my Z wave board is version 500? Correct? If not how can I tell which board I have? I cant see the order anymore bought it was bought in 2019.

Z Wave Information shows the following:

What problems are you having? It's nice to know your board (500series) but that doesn't help us determine what's wrong if we don't know what's wrong.

S2 support or lack of would not cause any issues.
