How do I access the Instantaneous Demand from an other program?

Background: Quite a few years ago I bought an  ISY 994 PRO OADR with the idea that I could monitor my electric meter and compare its data with the two other sources I have that collects energy usage/generation data.  I envisioned a program that would request from the device, every 15 seconds, the instantaneous demand and store that data to a file.  I got it installed and it is reading the meter just fine, but I never got around to writing the program, mostly because I didn't have a clue of how to access that data.

Now I see that the ISY994i is going end-of-life and I have to assume that this device will soon follow.  I need to get this done while the device is still being supported.

Thus my question.
