I followed all directions from post below but still unable to approve. I receive same error messages s posted in post below. EISY is at 5.5.4. Solution AllDigital Posted January 30, 2023 Solution Share Posted January 30, 2023 Did you enroll it in a free trial first? I had the same issue and found I had to enroll it in a trial first even though I was transferring a portal license from an old 994i. 1 Link to comment
