Riggins44 Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 Some time during the night, I lost all X10 and Insteon function. Not sure what to do. My RemoteLinc buttons still operate everything so I think the PLM is working (and the PLM green light is ON so it is not dead). All Insteon devices in the AC tree show the GREEN icon next to them and have for several hours. I believe this means it is stuck writing to those devices? Not sure what to do to get Insteon devices working again which I almost never have trouble with (Z-Wave is another story .. but all of the ZW devices appear to be working). I have rebooted and even power cycled the eisy several times.

Techman Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 @Riggins44 The green icon means there are pending writes. right click on one of the devices with the green icon, then click on write updates. If that clears the green icon then move on to the next one. It's possible that your PLM is starting to fail or that you had a power line event during the night. 1
Riggins44 Posted February 3, 2023 Author Posted February 3, 2023 Powered off the PLM. Re-set all of the cables to/from the PLM. Powered it back on. Everything seems working now. That was weird! I don't want to say anything negative about how I feared for the PLM, especially with the current "out of stock" situation from Insteon, and jinx myself. I've had this PLM for several years and hope it lives a much longer life. 1
