grossmd Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 I set up my unit for remote operation and everything worked great. After I got home though I noticed that when I access the ISY from my computer although it controls lights it no longer updates the status of lights turned on localy at the switch. If i query the lights it does update their status. If I remove a device and re-link it it gets updated corectly until the next time I use remote acces and then it happens again! Any ideas? Thanks

grossmd Posted March 27, 2010 Author Posted March 27, 2010 Actually, I was using 7.11 . Now on 7.13 but same thing.
grossmd Posted March 27, 2010 Author Posted March 27, 2010 Also, ? related, I noticed the "all on", "all off", and "query" buttons for my individual lighting folders dont work in 7.13. Is this a known issue?
Sub-Routine Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 What virus checker/firewall are you using? Actually, I was using 7.11 . Now on 7.13 but same thing. I don't believe they ever functioned for folders, only the main table. Also, ? related, I noticed the "all on", "all off", and "query" buttons for my individual lighting folders dont work in 7.13. Is this a known issue?
grossmd Posted March 27, 2010 Author Posted March 27, 2010 Norton internet security but disabling the firewall doesn't seem to help.
Sub-Routine Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 You should be able to add the ISY as a trusted applications.
