Just lost all communication with Insteon devices.  Have tried ISY and Polisy reboot with no luck.  Running IoX 5.5.9 and PG3 3.1.20

Unplug you PLM, wait about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Is the green led on the PLM lit?

In the admin console, click on TOOLS, DIAGNOSTICS, PLM STATUS, does it show the PLM as connected?

It's possible your PLM is failing. What's the 4 digit date code and version number?

The good news is that Insteon now has PLMs in stock, so you might want to order a backup replacement.
