Solution Techman Posted April 11, 2023 Solution Posted April 11, 2023 Unplug you PLM, wait about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Is the green led on the PLM lit? In the admin console, click on TOOLS, DIAGNOSTICS, PLM STATUS, does it show the PLM as connected?
Techman Posted April 11, 2023 Posted April 11, 2023 @shm It's possible your PLM is failing. What's the 4 digit date code and version number? The good news is that Insteon now has PLMs in stock, so you might want to order a backup replacement. 1
