rg65 Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 I have a strange issue that started a few days ago. The ISY994 at my office stopped showing the programs in the admin console. They still run, but I can't see them. I thought maybe the card was going bad, so I swapped to another ISY and it is doing the same thing. I did restore from a backup and I have tried multiple computers. I have also turned off firewalls just in case. Any ideas?
rg65 Posted May 30, 2023 Author Posted May 30, 2023 Just to clarify- I'm running 5.3.4 and it acts like it is creating the program list, but it just stops and shows no programs.
Techman Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 It's possible that your firmware and UI aren't the same version. Clear your java cache, including checking the box all installed applications, then download the IoX installer.
rg65 Posted May 31, 2023 Author Posted May 31, 2023 Thanks! I restored from a much older archive and it works fine. Something must be corrupt in the latest 2 backups that won't let it show the programs. I'll just have to recreate all of my newest programs and scenes.
