UD Mobile Stalls and Crashes During Synchronization

I'm using UD Mobile on my Samsung S21 Ultra. When attempting to Synchronize my Eisy, the app stops and crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the app cache and memory with no change. The message I get is "System UI isn't responding". 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Per the instructions below from @Javi my problem was resolved by clearing the Google Play Store data and cache.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
