scote Posted June 26, 2023 Share Posted June 26, 2023 Hi, Is it possible to downgrade the firmware on an eISY? I updated to 5.6.2 and PG3x 3.1.31. Ever since the firmware upgrade and the UD Mobile app upgrade with notification changes, my eISY will stop working ever hour or so. I have to reboot the eISY and the same issue occurs. I reset the eISY by clicking the button 10 times. That removed all devices and programs but did not change the firmware. I restored from a good backup before all the changes, but I have the same issue. Thanks for any help, Scott Link to comment
Techman Posted June 26, 2023 Share Posted June 26, 2023 There's no way to downgrade the EISY firmware. Try a power cycle, if that doesn't resolve your issue then you should probably submit a support ticket. Link to comment
