ISY-99i to Insteon 2476d Dimmer Switch Comm Issues

I recently puchased the ISY-99i. I am running 2.7.14 of the firmware. I keep getting issues with communiations to my 2476D Insteon dimmer switch. I have it set to come on at sunset and go off at sunrise. I get the following message:

 

Device Communications Error

Cannot Communicate With Front Porch Lights (13 99 AD 1). Please check connections.

 

Sometimes it works flawlessly while others generate the communications errors. Here are some records from the log file:

I am not much use reading the log files, but it sounds like you have a classic case of communication problems. How many devices do you have in your system? Do you have access points, or other methods to bridge the power phases in your electrical system? Do you have devices in your house that can cause interference (UPS for your computer? Power conditioners? Certain TVs and power supplies? etc....) Do you use any filters for those electronic devices? Do you have your PLM plugged into the same outlet as your computer system and related peripherals?

 

As a check, try running scene tests from your ISY admin panel. See if it gives any indication of communication problems. Let us know how it goes.

What firmware revision does ISY show for the SwitchLinc in question?

v35 has a known communications issues.
