Hello, I purchased a Zwave Plus Switch and for some reason, only one of the outlets (Bottom)"works" when turning the outlet on/off via the admin console. The other one remains on

I have the Button1 object added to the scene that would control the function at the specified time.

Thanks for any guidance.

What's the make and model of the switch?

What zwave controller are you using?

Are you trying to control both oulets via a scene, or just one of the oultets??

What zwave controller are you using? -   I am using the eisy running 5.7.1

Are you trying to control both outlets via a scene, or just one of the outlets?? - Yes, ideally, I am simply wanting to turn both outlets on or off at the time specified.

I have tried to control it manually ... Only one outlet is controlled. Screenshot2023-12-10132105.thumb.png.f0e1ab4fa0c5f45880440f047005bc3f.png

When you installed the outlet did you use S2 security?

When you try to turn the outlet on manually does the admin console show it as on even though it's still off?

Set you event viewer to level 3 and then try to turn on the outlets and post the event viewer results.

Only one of the outlets on this receptacle is Z-Wave controlled. The other is a pass-through outlet.

Well I should have done more homework upfront.

Thanks

Thanks for the help. Looks like I just needed to look into the device specs more....
