palacekeeper Posted January 17 Posted January 17 I am used to Java updates breaking my configuration regularly, but this one appears to be a new issue - at least for me. I'm getting an XML Parse error when attempting to start up the admin console from the shortcut I always use. I have not made any changes. Java hasn't been updated since November and Temurin since about 3 weeks ago. I can't get into the ISY portal either. I saw in other threads where maybe my subscription lapsed, but I can't even log in to the portal to check the status. I tried downloading a new start file and pasting the full URL including the desc at the end, but it just says "not found". I tried power cycling the ISY and still get the same results. Any suggestions on what steps I can run through to regain access? Thanks!
