In the programs tree under Program Details I'm editing and moving programs that were migrated from the previous scheduler into the top level folder.

 

This is a really minor nit, but you have to click on the program in the tree once to select it, then again (and hold) to grab it so it can be moved. If you just click and drag on it it selects it but doesn't move it.

This one also seemed strange to me too. Having to select first then re-click to drag. The tricky part is it might be a built in part of the java tree widget so may not be changeable.
