fegelmej Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Hi, my 5 year old PLM died and I replaced with a new one. I followed Insteon's instructions to load VCP drivers on my computer. ISY cannot restore giving me the -200000 -30 driver code. Do I need to install the VCP drivers on the ISY? If so, can someone direct me? Thanks.
hart2hart Posted April 4 Posted April 4 If you manage it all with ISY, Polisy, or eISY, you do the restore from Admin Console. No drivers ever required for me.
fegelmej Posted April 4 Author Posted April 4 Yes, I am utilizing the Admin Console. I had been in safe mode. When I replaced the PLM and tried to restore I got out of Safe mode, and the green Write flags appeared next to the devices. But, then I got the -20000 code of "Driver". Not sure what driver it is looking for.
