Running 5.8.3 and rebooted eisy. Have a dead zwave device - can't exclude. Took remove option under Zwave menu. Processes for 20-30secs (shows 48% complete) and then throws he following error: [LIB_DRIVERS-UYZ_GEN_ERR_9_BODY]. Dialog box has title {LIB_DRIVERS-UYZ_GEN_ERR_9_TITLE]

Device doesn't remove following the error.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

Right click on the device and select delete. This will delete the device from your eisy. The device would need to be factory reset before trying to include in a system.

Thanks that solved it. I had tried to delete before doing the Zwave remove. It wouldn't let me do that, but I never tried the delete again after the error message from the remove - Duh........
