MGustin Posted August 4 Author Posted August 4 Mine is not nearly that complex and have been checking at the top level on Watering not at the zone: Front Door Dog Water Sensor Then - [ID 0062][Parent 0001][Not Enabled] If 'Outside / Front Door / Front Door Sensor' Status is On And 'Generic / Rachio-Sprinkler' Watering is Off Then Run Program 'Front Door Dog Water' (Then Path) Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') So it is checking: The example above looks like it will send the notification in either on or off. I did check the zones just now to see if that is updating in a few seconds. Example I turned on Zone 1 and the Water Status did not update for the zone until I hit query.
Jimbo.Automates Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Please restart the plugin, set Log to Debug, wait a minute then turn on a zone, wait about 10 seconds and if Watering doesn't change to On, the query the device, then when it changes to On do a "Download Log Package" and PM it to me.
Jimbo.Automates Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Sorry, was busy implementing another fix which hopefully will fix your issue. It was not properly reconfiguring the webhooks on the Rachio servers. It should now. Try 5.0.2 and let me know. I'll review your logs now to see if there is another issue.
Jimbo.Automates Posted August 4 Posted August 4 @MGustin, Also please make sure to set Log to Debug in the Plugin Log Page, received logs were still in Info mode.

MGustin Posted August 5 Author Posted August 5 I can confirm that the upgrade to 5.0.2 did the trick. Watering status is now working. Thank you @Jimbo.Automates!!! 1
Jimbo.Automates Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Awesome. Since you are the first running 5.x please leave the Log in Debug mode in case you come across another issue.
Jimbo.Automates Posted August 5 Posted August 5 @MGustin Please check your longPoll value on the config page, I left it as the default 60 for initial version of 5.x but you need to increase it to at least 600 to avoid hitting the Rachio API Rate limit. I'm going to add a driver to watch the rate limit in a future release.
MGustin Posted August 5 Author Posted August 5 Just looked; the upgrade to 5.0.2 must have set it to 600. Thanks for making sure. 1
MGustin Posted August 5 Author Posted August 5 Found a new issue. When you attempt to stop Rachio from watering it does not (via Programs / Admin). Let me know if you would like logs PM'd.

I'll try to test tonight.Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk 1
