cowdery Posted July 23 Posted July 23 I just got my new eisy, the location was set to Los Angeles. When I set my location to Minneapolis using the Administrative Console, the date and time were not correct (current date/time: 07/23/2024 12:36, eisy date/time: 08/15/2023 14:36). When I set my location to Los Angeles, the time is correct, but the date is still wrong. How do I get the eisy to have the correct date and time? Firmware: v. 5.8.4, Windows 10 Home using Firefox.
Techman Posted July 23 Posted July 23 It's possible that the eisy needs to sync with the time server. Be sure the eisy is conected to the internet. It may take a while to sync. 1
AD8BC Posted July 23 Posted July 23 I had this problem in the beginning when I migrated to the EISY. It couldn't reach the time server through my router, but when I plugged it in directly to my Uverse modem it worked. I ended up finding a setting in my router that would enable NTP (I use the Ubiquti Dream Machine router).
