Doing some maintenance on the Polisy and noticed I had triplicate entries for each of the zones on my MCA-66. Figured I would delete the NS, reinstall and go fresh. Installed the NS into the same slot as previously located, but the Add Controller button is nowhere to be found on the Configuration screen???? Have restarted Polisy several times, same for Polyglot, no help.

Without any log information I can only guess, but my guess would be that the plug-in  isn't running.  It has to be running to create the typed configuration parameters that PG3 then displays with the fields for configuring the controller.
