kalman8 Posted September 7 Posted September 7 I have 4 ceiling fans that all work perfectly with Bond Bride by the app or by voice. I installed Bond for Polyglot 3x and setup custom configuration.. When I run discover the Bond plugin finds my bridge and only my bedroom fan/light. My 3 Casablanca fans are not discovered. I noticed these fans have limited information in the bond app compared to the fan that works. Please Advise!
atmarosi Posted September 7 Posted September 7 Under advanced it’ll show “Devices Associated” - is that actually showing all the devices? What kind of Bond hub is it?
Solution atmarosi Posted September 7 Solution Posted September 7 That should match the number of fans you have…. Seems like you need to retry pairing the fan units to the bond first 1
kalman8 Posted September 7 Author Posted September 7 I removed each device and added it back and the Bond bridge now sees all 4 fans as attached. Polyglot is also working great.. thank you for your help
