It appears that this lock only supports smart start.  When I follow the instructions, On UD Mobile I see Progress Report Starting show progress does not show anny progress (ever).  In the log on my Mac I. see 

 [ZWAVE-SMARTSTART] SmartStart provisioning entry added [17902-60867-38559-11501-33055-52036-52317-51741]

After that message, the only suspicious Messages are:

01/13/2025 02:31:14 PM : [ZWAVE-CTL-EVENT ] Basic Set from 3.0 unmapped (ignored)

I just tried with secure inclusion after removing the provisioning. I got the same result except that I do not see the [ZWAVE-CTL-EVENT messages.  And the progress report screen disappeared on UD Mobile.

It seems like some people did not have this problem installing the 620. Please let me know what you did.
