Is there a way to only select one of multiple devices registered on the account.   I have devices in different houses and only need data from one of the locations

Are there hidden parameters to hide some of the devices

 

If you're referring to devices in the device tree, You can disable a device but you can't hide it

What exactly are you trying to do?

It is the device - not the tree - The account combines different devices (different locations in my case) and I only want the one to show up that is "local" to the eISY

What are you using to view/access your devices, admin console or UD mobile

When you mention "account" are you referring to the Portal. Do you mean different controllers, not devices.

Sorry, I  didn't notice you were originally referring to airthings. I'm not familiar with it, hopefully someone who is has an answer for you.
