UD Mobil suggested updating my workplace Polisy from 5.80 to 5.84. Polisy will no longer connect.
Have rebooted -  changed power supply
When rebooting all 3 lights light for a second or so then only left light stays light and later a single beep.
Portal stills says 5.8.0 disconnected.

Any thoughts??

Upgrade to 5.8.4 or to 5.9.1? The current "upgrade" is 5.9.1, and a few Polisys have gotten bricked in the process. Looks like that might be your case. You'll need to open a support ticket on that.
