Hello!

We have added a new log viewer to the Admin Console for anyone interested in viewing the low-level detailed logs for Z-Wave, Zigbee, Matter, etc.

Just go to Tools | Log Viewer  and from there you can select the log to view, search the log, and capture logs.

There are also short cuts to capture logs for Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Matter in their respective menus.

When creating tickets, capturing a log is a good way to provide more detailed information to help debug the issue.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
