I opened up my eisy on 5.5.4?  and linked all my devices and renamed them placed them in folders.  Then proceeded to update the eisy and it seems to have made double of everything with the label i3 keypad flag after it.

What is that all about and do I really need 2 objects for each device?

i3 devices have extra features and UDI added them to a flags node. Yhey aren't typically needed after setup.

In IoX, I put them all in their own folder, I don't see them in udm

Ah so just label them as "Master Ceiling Light Flag" and then use them for initial setup?  And what about keypads?  Sometimes the keypad button says 100% instead of off on and only lets me query it. typically the button that is actually connected to a fixture is doing that for me.

It probably depends if you have a 'legacy' 6/8 button keypad or a new 4 button

its a new i3 4 button keypad.  it seems to group the switch weirdly im still playing with it and have some time to dedicate it tomorrow.  I will report back.  The only other thing is on the keypad flag object the buttons on the bottom of the eisy interface they seem to overrun past the edges of the screen and i cant se them all.  I will try and get a screenshot.

The new i3 4 button creates one node for each of the 4 buttons plus a node for the 'flags'. The 4 button nodes work pretty normal - the same as the legacy keypads. Only one of the buttons has the on/off option. The button controlling the load gives you an on level and ramp option, the others do not. When you select the flags node, you have to do a Query to get it to populate. Every keypad I installed had to be factory reset to get the load to be the first button.
