Weird PG3x Ecobee Node Action....

Recommended Posts

I have a really weird thing occurring with my Ecobee PG3x node server.

Whenever my Ecobee changes the comfort setting (Home to Away, Home to Sleep, etc), one light in my house (kitchen three-way, Insteon) turns off. It doesn't matter if I send the command via the Ecobee app, via a schedule, or through the Ecobee nodes, the light always turns off.

I do not have any programs or scenes that tie my Ecobee nodes to anything. For the life of me, I can't figure out why my kitchen lights always shuts off any time the comfort setting changes!

Does anyone have any ideas?

Logs are going to help of the time this happens:

  1. The general ISY log
  2. Event viewer, set to level 3
  3. Logs of the ecobee plugin, set to debug level log

EDIT: Any chance the kitchen 3 way is a scene, and somehow ecobee is in that scene? Review the members of that scene. I know sometimes my "mousing" of iox can drag and drop to the wrong place

You don't have an IFTTT account do you with a network resource pointing to it?  I had something similar at one point and it was an IFTTT recipe that changed because I changed device names.
