Support for TX-NR6100

@firstone, up until now i've had good success with my Onkyo TX-NR737 and AVRemote.  Sadly, the 737 died a quiet death recently and it wasn't worth repairing.  I've 'upgraded' to a TX-NR6100 which, operationally, is very similar.  It offers a few more streaming features but otherwise isn't much different, with one exception.  Volume control is 0-100 in steps of .5, so AVRemote doesn't control it or read it properly as the old 737 only used 0-80 and whole integer steps.

The latest eiscp definitions do seem to show this addtion, so I wonder if it would be possible to modify AVRemote to adapt to the newer Receiver?

Thanks for this!

If you point me to a document that describes new protocol, I'll see if I can do it. If it's as simple as sending volume command differently, test it and share an example of what it looks like.
