TheA2Z Posted Thursday at 09:29 PM Posted Thursday at 09:29 PM (edited) Upgraded, rebooted, ensured Im on latest Java version, cleared app in Java, downloaded new Start file. I also can also ssh admin@<IP> at the command line. I can connect with phone via UD Mobile and from web app in Portal. When I open the Admin GUI, it wont list the EISY url that I can click on to connect to. Any recommendations before I open ticket? Solution Techman Posted Thursday at 09:52 PM Solution Posted Thursday at 09:52 PM The firmware versions you're showing are not the latest versions, once you get the access issue cleared up you should update your packages again as it's possible your update didn't complete. Are you on a Mac or a PC? If you're using a VPN disable it. Clear your Java cache again, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Also remove power from the eisy for 30 seconds and then allow it to reboot Quote

Im on PC. I did the java, and new IoX Launcher again but what i think fixed it was I went through all my backround tasks. I ended the vpn even though it was not on as well as other background tasks. Started working. 😀 Quote
