Bad Request trying to add ISY

One of two of my ISY locations are showing no green dot / offline.  I removed the ISY from the portal, and re-added it.  It's in pending mode, but on the ISY, clicking the approval button results in "Bad Request".  I know ISY is EOL, but I just renewed my portal subscription, so I think things are good on that end...

Approval won't work if ISY is not online, that will give you "Bad Request".

You may want to try to reboot your ISY. It should normally connect to portal. If it does not, it may be caused by a problem with dns resolution, parental control on your router, or local network routing issues.
