eISY keeps losing connection to portal

I have three eISY devices running firmware 5.9.1 and each one keeps losing connection to portal.  Internet is up at all locations and eISY is available locally.  If I reboot them, they reconnect to the portal, but go offline a couple hours later.  This started happening in the past month.

Initially it would good to eliminate potential common network issues:

  • Do the sites have the same ISP?
  • What network router/firewall/security solutions are in place and common, if any?
  • Are other clients or applications experiencing problems
  • Author

I'm seeing a lot of these messages repeated around the time it loses connection with the portal:
