Posted June 30Jun 30 I have three eISY devices running firmware 5.9.1 and each one keeps losing connection to portal. Internet is up at all locations and eISY is available locally. If I reboot them, they reconnect to the portal, but go offline a couple hours later. This started happening in the past month.
June 30Jun 30 Initially it would good to eliminate potential common network issues: Do the sites have the same ISP? What network router/firewall/security solutions are in place and common, if any? Are other clients or applications experiencing problems
June 30Jun 30 Take a look at your eisy error log. If you're not sure how to interpret it then post a copy in the forum. Are you on a MAC or PC?
