LarryCRetired Posted Saturday at 04:30 PM Posted Saturday at 04:30 PM I received my eisy in the mail yesterday. But before I begin to migrate, I thought I would ask this question first. I have been receiving this message for at least two years when trying to sign into my ISY. I also have a Polisy but only use it for PG2 node servers. Never migrated my ISY to it. So with that configuration, I get this message each time I try to log into the ISY. In fact I get it twice before I am able to load the ISY. Been an inconvenience but never took the time to troubleshoot. So before I begin to migrate, is there something I should do to solve this first. Or should I just disconnect the ISY and Polisy and begin the migration. Thank you. Note: I have not upgraded my JAVA for a long time. Stuff works and you forget about it. Quote
Solution Techman Posted Saturday at 06:07 PM Solution Posted Saturday at 06:07 PM You should update java, current version is 1.8.0_451-b10 After java is updated clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the current version of the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Be sure to exactly follow the migration procedure: Eisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki Before migration run the "update packages" on the eisy. It could take up to 30 minutes for the update. You'll get a popup window with a notice to reboot when the update is complete Also, prior to the migration run backup on your ISY9984 Quote

Had to uninstall my old java version and installed new version. Clicked all three boxes and things now work. Now I can focus on the eisy. Thanks so much Quote
