IOX-Matter plugin error

On my new EISY, the iox-matter plugin is spewing the following error message constantly.  Any idea how to fix this?  I only think its a problem because under the java console the matter master bridge status is Inactive.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)

    3. Adjust your preference.
