I have just upgraded my eisy to OS14.3/IoX 6. I am now getting the error message

Could not connect Flirc device. Make sure device is plugged in and permissioans are set

see screen capture below. I have tried unplugging and plugging the Flirc device but no luck. Everything was working fine before the upgrade. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I haven’t upgraded to 6 yet. I will do it and will work with UDI to resolve this.

If you're capable of running ssh commands, PM me and we can try to figure out what have gone away. I can also probably tell you how to get it back temporarily.

I upgraded and mine is posting any errors.  I haven't used the remote since I updated to say it is actually working, but it says it is working

I had also opened a ticket with Michel and it appears that we have resolved the issue. Evidently it was a permissions related issue. We went through a number of uninstalls and reinstalls of the plugin as well as restores of BG3 and IoX backups. It took a number of hours of elapsed time but at this point the IR functionality seems to be working. Thanks for getting back to me.
