Update packages prior to migration from ISY stuck

I have had eisy unit for well over a year, but I had not taken the time to upgrade from ISY! Now that the portal support for ISY is getting more expensive/being phased out, I have started the migration process.

I connected eisy on my network (wired connection) and I could see the device on my router; however, attempting a local connection yielded 404 (http://eisy.local:8080/). I saw somewhere that one can set up via the UD mobile app by scanning the QR code. I went that route and signed up for a trial portal access. I was able to download admin.jnlp and connect to the Admin console via my Mac. Per the migration guide, I launched Update Packages, and that displayed a dialog stating that while I could continue to work in the console, the update would take a while, and I should not reboot unless absolutely necessary. I exited the console, and this upgrade never completed! The device is no longer accessible.

UD mobile thinks that the controller software version was 5.8.4, but I have no way to verify it. Is it time for a factory reset? If so, is there a link to instructions for a reset? I see that there is a thread that mentions pressing the power button 10 times, but it would be good to get precise instructions.

Note: I have not connected my Insteon PLM yet for migration. ISY994 is back up and running for the moment. Any help here is much appreciated.

I'd open a ticket with UDI before doing a factory reset.

Can you see it in your router's connected device list?

No, I no longer see the device on the router. Thanks for the suggestion. I did open a ticket with UDI.
