Error 200 While Synchronizing

Has anyone encountered an error 200 while the ISY994i is synchronizing in UD Mobile? The synchronization process stops at Programs and generates this error message.

I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it when I could not get passed this error. I still get the same error running the sync command.
