May 11May 11 Recently my 3 Zigbee motion devices stopped working. I can interview them from eisy. Ive tried deleting them and adding back in but they dont add.Zigbee checkbox is checked in IOX. Worked great for a year.I have Upgraded packages, unplugged and replugged dongle, and rebooted.Any clues before I open ticket?

May 12May 12 So when you click on the Zigbee menu at the top, you get the various options (Add a Zigbee device, etc) right? That means that it's seeing the dongle. The next thing to try would be to try and factory reset the device you want to add, and then try adding it back. This usually involves something like holding down a button on it while powering it up, or some similar procedure. See the instructions that come with the device.
Saturday at 03:12 AM2 days I have a similar but slightly different issue. I have had the dongle for awhile and finally decided to get it installed and operational to start testing some Zigbee switches.I am running 6.0.5. Installed the dongle, have the configuration options enabled for all the technologies and rebooted the EISY. On the main admin UI, the Zigbee menu shows !ZMatter Zigbee not respondingI saw that someone went back to 6.0.4 and their's started working again. I don't see where I can go back to 6.0.4 otherwise I would have tested. The Z-Wave and Matter menu shows various options. Here is what I am seeing in the Zigbee log:[2026-05-29 19:36:23.560] [E] [...] Ember status 0x93 - EMBER not joined[2026-05-29 19:36:23.560] [I] [...] Job NetworkInit: Failed status 0x93 - EMBER not joined[2026-05-29 19:36:23.560] [W] [...] Network is not configured. Saturday at 01:49 PM2 days Did you just reboot the eisy or did you power it off and back on? If you didn't power cycle it, try that.
Yesterday at 01:23 AM1 day I have tried both. I just did a power cycle and here is the log. It seems like it is communicating (sending and receiving) but then seems to stop. While I don't know what a log on a working system looks like, I did notice these log messages:Wrong default trust center key size 0Error returned from (err = zbee_ef_set_initial_security_state(zbee, NULL, zbeediscover_on_fail, NULL)): Wrong packet from the network or Discovery got bad data (stick communication failed) (-9)
Yesterday at 08:11 AM1 day I had same issue. Support ticket. They rolled me back to previous version and all is good again.
15 hours ago15 hr That's really odd. I have a eisy and a Polisy, both with ZMatter dongles, working fine on 6.0.5
