Power failure Apple Home not working

Featured Replies

Our power went out yesterday for about 30 minutes. When it came back on, my EISY came back online but all my devices that I have defined in Apple Home with the IOX-Matter plugin say Not Responding. The plugin says it's running but nothing works. I set this up many months ago and don't really remember what this plugin page should look like. I don't see any devices defined. See the 2 screenshots. How do I get this working again? Thanks for the help!

Now everything I had defined in Apple Home is gone. Looks like I'm starting from scratch. Pretty disappointing. I put quite a bit of work into setting it all up and it was working fine. Surprised a power failure took it all out.

There's complexity here in apple home publishing things to eisy and matter is still a little early on IMO. You could try unplugging and replugging. I'd start with apple home, and once its clearly back up, plug in eisy so it sees the running Apple Home

Alos, eisy-UI now backs up everything including PG3X, where plugins like matter are defined.

Had you made a backup recently? If yes, did you try a restore, which will bring that backup's pg3x back?

I haven't tried it, but the latest release docs say you can do a selective restore; choosing to bring back plugins (pg3x) only and not other eisy components (iox, zwave, eisy-ui settings)
