Dead on arrival

My new eisy lite appears dead on arrival. USB adapter is plugged into port marked 12v. There is no led power light. Pressing the power switch does nothing. Am I missing something?

Never mind.

Seems the connection between the power supply and the US style pins adapter was poor. I had to bend the contacts slightly to make a consistent connection. Seems to be working. Now onto upgrade.
