dblee50 Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 I just installed an ISY99i with PLM and started adding devices. Now I have a lot of devices with all sorts of links that I'm not sure about. Is there a way to unlink everything or drop all the devices and start over? Not sure how to proceed.
LeeG Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 Simply Remove each device one at a time. Does not take long. Then add each device back with the default option that ignores (and removes) all active links when the device is added to the ISY. You can Factory reset each device to clear all the links and restore the device to all the Factory defaults if concerned over more than active links. You would do this after Removing the device and before adding it back to the ISY.
dblee50 Posted August 28, 2010 Author Posted August 28, 2010 I may be missing something, but I have about 70 devices and 30-40 scenes and when I go to remove a device it seems to take quite a while....and that's only one. Am I going about this wrong or is there a faster way to wipe it all out and start over. If I try to reset the isy, it still shows up the devices and scenes.
