Local Java Admin Launch error : JAR resources

In preparation for the end of support for the ISY launcher via start.jnlp, I'm going back to locally launching the ISY console on my 994i

I put the URL in the browser(http://<my isy ip>/admin.jnlp into the browser and it will launch the console as expected.
it puts a shortcut to the Admin Console on my desktop

Next launch from either the shortcut or via the browser, I get an error:
"JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by the same certificate"

Digging a bit into the exception, it shows resources as

/web/udi_oadr.jar

/WEB/CE.JAR

/web/chart.jar

/WEB/RXTX.jar

The only way to clear the error is to delete all files in the Java cache and then relaunch from the browser URL.

I suspect there is some issue with the security certificates used in these three resource files.
Can this be corrected for those of us unable to move to EISY before the December kill-off of the start.jnlp launcher?
