HomeKit devices and documentation?

Featured Replies

If I recall correctly, Apple HomeKit support was "officially" added some time ago. However, I am unable to find any documentation on the Wiki pages as to how to set it up, etc. Did support for Apple HomeKit get silently dropped (or did I miss an announcement)? If not, can we expect to see some meaningful documentation on it in the near future (meaningful as in it gets its own section in the Wiki like Zigbee, Insteon, Z-Wave, and Matter all have).

One clarification: I'm talking about the ability to have IoX/eISY devices appear to the Apple Home app as though they were HomeKit devices natively. NOT looking to pair/connect a native HomeKit device to eISY.

Thanks,

Greg
