I have begun the process of converting my lighting switches over to Insteon. I decided that I would use an ISY-99 to control my system. The decision was influenced in large part by the tremendous support I have witnessed from UDI and the members of this forum. Alright, here's my fool question. All of a sudden, when I click on "My ISY", the administrative console comes up but it does not ask me to log-in and there is no information in it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. Art Lazarow
Sub-Routine Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Hello Dr. Did you have a power surge lately? First thing would be to try a reset on the ISY. Guest Dr. Emilio Lizardo Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I can't say that I had a power surge but I had to reset my DSL modem, yesterday.
