fgallina Posted October 7, 2010 Share Posted October 7, 2010 Hi, I've seen many topics with similar subjects, but none seem to address my specific problem. I bought a venstar thermostat with a v2 adapter, and I'm able to control it from the isy, but unless I click "query," the temperature reflected in the isy is never correct (nor is the setpoint, unless I don't change it on the thermostat itself). I have an access point just a few feet away from the thermostat, and I'm not having other communication issues in the house, so I'm not sure what's going on. As long as I manually query, the isy is accurate, but I don't want to have to do that. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm currently running firmware 2.7.15. Thanks! Two things I can think of you might try...
