Switchlinc not updating ISY

I installed a 2476D Switchlinc Dimmer today and linked it to my ISY-99i. The problem is that setting made in the ISY-99i show that they are applied but only work if I initiate the action from ISY. For example, I set up the device in ISY to turn on at 50% with a ramp rate of 4.5 seconds. When I trigger the device through the ISY either directly or from a linked switch then it work properly. If I turn on the switch locally from the switch it turns on 100% instantly. Also, local control of the switch does not register in ISY so if I turn it off through ISY it goes off and shows that it is off. If I turn it off at the switch it goes off but ISY shows it still on. If I query the switch it shows the current status accurately. I am running ISY 2.8.4 and the switchlinc in V.27.

There are two or more places with settings, depending on how you programmed it. On the ISY's Administrative Console's device tree, Main tab, My Lighting, there should be an entry with the device's name or ID with what looks like a keypad icon in front of it. Double click on that.

(Don't click on the one with the painter's pallet in front--those are scenes.)

Adjust the "On Level (Applied locally)" and the "Ramp Rate (Applied locally)", let the ISY finish setting the programming, then pull out the set button on the device. Give it a minute, then push it back flush, but not in, to lock in the new local settings.
