I reviewed the forum the best I could to see if this was brought up before but can't find it so thought I'd mention that I programmed my ISY-99i to monitor the temperature once a day and to send an email and a text if it falls below 45 degrees at my cabin. No need to get a separate device!

 

Of course, if the cause is a power failure......
