chadjay Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 I am unable to enable internet access since my ISY99i locked up and my PLM fried. So, I did a software update and I get the same results. The funny part is I can access the ISY remotely but when I try to turn a device on/off I get an unable to connect screen. Has anyone ever had this issue before? Link to comment
Brian H Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 Did you replace the PLM? If the PLM was replaced. Did you use the Restore Modem PLM choice in File Menu to get the replacement installed correctly? Link to comment
chadjay Posted February 1, 2011 Author Share Posted February 1, 2011 I did the restore PLM in file menu when I received the new PLM. The funny part is I just tried to enable the acces and it works fine now. Not sure what the issue was. Thanks for your help! Link to comment
